then click on the Start Application tab at the top of the page.
Web-Based Submission
All applications and supporting documents must be submitted through BKDD’s Permit Application Portal.
The portal streamlines the review process and helps improve tracking and response times.
Incomplete applications, submittals, or unpaid fees will not be accepted or processed.
Application & Payment Submission
Applicants must print and submit the hard copy of the PDF Application generated from the Portal email confirmation.
Please follow the instructions below for hard copy delivery and payment.
